Great Looking Enhancement Shaman Weapons
WoW Insider ran a great posts today listing enhancement shaman melee weapons. (See "Totem Talk: What weapon will you wear?".) I thought I would go over a selection of the items listed in the article and give them the "Warcraft Looks treatment". I love the artwork of these weapons and love seeing it up close.
Read on after the jump to see high resolution images of these beautiful weapons.

Illustrated Analysis of BoE Shield Looks
In the recent post "BOE Shields - An Analysis Of What Might Sell Post Patch 4.3" over at Power Word: Gold Keelhaul (@_Keelhaul) did an analysis of Bind on Equip (BoE) shield differentiation in World of Warcraft from a gold-making perspective.
I was so impressed with the quality of the post that I decided to re-post a section of the analysis over here. I think it can really help players who are looking for unique shield looks for their character on the auction house. After the jump I share an excerpt of Keelhaul's analysis as well as images of some of shields I found most interesting.

Wowhead Mogging List Highlights: Daggers
Perculia over at Wowhead News has put out a few really good articles highlighting some great transmogging (or mogging as I think I'll call it) items. The first article entitled "Transmogrifying Armor: Getting Tier Sets" highlights how to acquire tier armor sets. The second article entitled "Transmogrification, Part 2: Unique Items and More Tier" goes over even more items with unique looks.
For this post I'm going to be focusing on the second article. I'll be going through Perculia's post and highlighting some of the daggers I find interesting (and somewhat easy to obtain). Read on after the jump for screenshots and links.

A Few Great 40s Midriff Chestpieces
Swindler's Vest (Leather Chest) |
A quick post showcasing some of the chestpieces I've been picking up while leveling through my 40s in Kalimdor as a night elf warrior.
First off is the Swindler's Vest, (seen above) uncommon (green quality) leather agility chestpiece.
- What it looks like: It is a detailed leather vest which is open in the front with some really cool belts and buckles holding it closed. It has fur (perhaps feathers?) as a fringe along the bottom.
- Where to get it: You obtain this from the quest Back to Riznek in Thousand Needles which involves obtaining oil rights from a group of Centaur. While Wowhead is showing this as a Horde quest there is an Alliance equivalent (which I did seeing as I'm Alliance).
- Soulbound? Yes.

Keelhaul's Tips On Selling Transmogrification Items
Today's post comes from a comment by Keelhaul on the Power Word: Gold post "Transmogrification, Profit And You". Being very new to the whole "hey I want my characters to actually match" world of Warcrat looks I was grateful Keelhaul took the time to give us all some great tips for those of use looking into making a bit of gold from selling transmog items after Patch 4.3.
Here are some tips from a fellow gold maker that is well versed in this area:
Tip 1: RP'ers seek to maintain a certain persona. So don't think about the RP'er, and don't think about the weapons and gear. Think first about the "persona" they might be trying to generate. There are a number of options that have been exercised for years, such as the Jedi knight, the pirate, the ninja, heroes from various films (William H. Macy's "The Shoveler" comes to mind). And there are very specific items that fit these desired personas. Find examples and more tips after the jump.
